What Can Be Returned?
You can return most products purchased from MobiHub Electronics within 1 days of the purchase date if they meet these conditions:
- Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and show no signs of use.
- Complete with Accessories: All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- No Physical Damage: The product must be free from any physical damage or defects.
What Can’t Be Returned?
The following items are generally not eligible for returns:
- Digital Products: Software, digital downloads, and gift cards.
- Custom Orders: Products customized or personalized specifically for you.
- Perishable Goods: Food items or other products with a short shelf life.
Initiating a Return

Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Shipping Costs
You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged when you received it. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that’s damaged or defective, please notify us within 1 days of receiving it. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.
